Practice Administrator The Urban Physio location Auckland.

In addition to flawless administration and reception skills, we’re searching for someone who embodies The Urban Physio brand, with a sense of fun, motivation and love of innovation. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to work within a dedicated and motivated team who have a sense of genuine care for our clients.
The role this exceptional role will see you provide a diverse range of administration services including front of house reception, including answering phones. General administration including client bookings, processing payments, undertaking ACC related submittals and providing assistance to the team and directors.
Accounts administration including invoicing, banking and reconciliations. Facilities management including maintaining clinic systems and keeping things clean and tidy. Process improvement through actively identifying and implementing ways to work smarter.
As the successful candidate you will have had previous experience in an Administration, Reception or Office Management Role or have experience in a related industry or position. In addition, you will be someone who is proactive, willing to get involved, and cares for people.
