Events Administration Beaumont People location Sydney. $35 - $40 per hour.
Events Administration. Immediate Start temporary role ongoing to mid November. Part time role - 2 days per week. Flexible hybrid working environment, one day in office, one day work from home. Located in gorgeous office at Barangaroo, Sydney CBD, 2000.
$35 - $40 per hour + Super. Double Vaccination is required for this role to enter the event venue. Evening work mandatory for the National Conference on site event. Two night stay in The Crown Sydney expenses paid.
About the role as the Events Administrator, you will be the responsible for the administration of the event and the face of the in person event. This is an exciting, varied role, with events ranging from small to large corporate events, workshops, luncheons, boardroom discussions, educational courses, and the national conference.
About the candidate the ideal candidate will have strong organisation, communication, and administrative skills. You will be a team player and have the ability to multitask and have outstanding attention to detail.
You will have a passion for coordinating and organising events and for delivering a positive customer experience. You will be highly organised and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude.
Duties include but are not limited to support & assist in coordinating and organising all events. Respond and process guest event registrations and enquiries. Communicating with members regarding the event and ticketing. Organising and liaising with venues, caterers and event speakers.
CRM Database management using WordPress. Assisting with the National Conference which is the organisations largest event held in The Crown Sydney on November 9th and 10th. Attending the National Conference which will be a 2 night stay in The Crown Sydney - fully expensed by the organisation.
Face of the event, meeting, greeting and registering all guests. Post event paperwork and general assistance with membership enquires, activities and other related task. To be successful you will have confidence and strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders. Professionally presented. Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience across Zoom, WordPress and Microsoft Office Tools. Previous experience in events and/or working in a member association is highly desirable.
