Patient Administrator Christchurch Orthodontics Ltd location Canterbury.
Christchurch Orthodontics Ltd invites applicants for the position of part time patient-administrator in our specialist dental practice. We are seeking an exceptional person who truly understands that first impressions count, to assume this pivotal role within our practice.
You will be proficient in word and able to muti-task in an office environment where you will be creating individualised patients information booklets at new patients visits, following up on patient queries, advising treatment plans, sending correspondence and lab requests, liaising with Dental practices for patients and creating financial contracts.
As well as this you will be back up to our receptionist and involved in greeting patients, answering phones, and making appointments. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service and results, offering a technological progressive orthodontic service to patients of all ages and stages of life within a family oriented practice.
Key competencies required previous experience in an office administrator/ reception role necessary. Previous experience in orthodontics, dentistry or medical background would be a big advantage. Ability to go above and beyond when providing both phone and face to face genuine customer service.
Outgoing, bubbly friendly nature. Excellent Computer and technology skills, including word, excel, outlook and ideally practice management software (previous Orthodontic/Dental background would be an advantage).
Exceptional attention to detail, methodical and self manager of tasks within deadlines. Professional, positive, friendly and approachable with a 'can do attitude'. Fantastic Multi-tasking ability. Strong integrity and work ethic. Dependable team player who is willing to step in and help others out. Great initiative and ability to problem solve.
