Medical Reception Aidmax Recruiting location Auckland.
About the role we are looking for a customer service focused receptionist to be a FonoCare Service Agent at our Manurewa medical and dental practice.
Become a member of our enthusiastic FonoCare team. While training will be given, we want persons who will reflect the professionalism of the organisation and have exceptional customer service expertise, sound technical skills, ability to adapt to fast moving technological change combined with caring personal attributes and initiative.
The position is 40 hours a week, currently between 8.30-5pm Mon-Fri. Expansion may mean the range of hours may be between 7.30 am – 7pm including Saturday clinics in future. Note: you will not be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
Easily accessible in Halver St Manurewa the practice combines primary health services working alongside the LagiOla (mind health), Whanau Ora, public health, social services and dental components of our Integrated Model of Care.
About you what you will need for this position is enthusiasm for working in a health environment. Proven customer service expertise. I.T. system competency and adaptability. To demonstrate initiative when confronted with unexpected challenges. Be a hard-working and supportive team member. Possess excellent oral and face-to-face communication skills.
