Receptionist Alaron location Canterbury.
Alaron Products Limited is New Zealand’s leading GMP Certified manufacturer and packer of complementary medicines and natural health products. Based in Bolt Road, Nelson the business is looking to appoint the following important administrative role.
Alaron is looking for a person with strong reception, customer service and general administration skills. While providing reception services will be a focal point of the role, the successful person will also be involved in a range of general administration tasks, keeping the office organised and generally being the first point of contact for visitors.
The ideal person will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes well presented with first class customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to develop skills in a range of administrative tasks.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work. Capable with business systems and Microsoft Word including Excel. Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous however training will be given to the right person.
