Office Administrator Palmers Glass and Carpentry location Sydney.

We are looking for an experienced office administrator to assist our project management team and provide general support across the business. Duties include providing administration support to project managers with commercial and residential projects.

Answering incoming calls and redirecting where necessary. Assisting with front desk enquiries (after training). Invoicing customers (MYOB) and processing payments. Following up invoice payments. Other general office duties as required. We are flexible with the hours of work, however would consider this would be at least 25 hours per week (over 5 days). This is a new/revised role within the business due to changing business needs.

Skills required excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Able to take direction. Willingness to learn. Flexible Approach. Knowledge of MYOB desired (not essential). MS Office experience (Outlook and Excel).
