Garry and Warren Smith Honda and GWS Kia are looking to hire a casual Saturday receptionist to work 1 day per week at our motor vehicle dealerships located in Springvale. The ideal applicant will be well organised with great attention to detail. Additional days may also be available for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for reception – answering and re-directing phone calls on our busy switchboard.  Greeting and assisting customers. Good ability to display initiative and be proactive. High attention to detail. Preparing beverages from our Nespresso coffee machine. Housekeeping of customer lounge area. General administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have friendly, courteous and professional manner. Great organisational and communication skills. Customer service focus. Administration & computer skills. Previous experience preferred but not essential.
