About your opportunity as part of our Smartshares team you’ll be responsible for ensuring workplace savings contributions are allocated in a timely manner. You will ensure any variances are reconciled and resolved on time.
You will be liaising with payroll administrators for missing contributions, data mismatch and other related information. Accuracy is your best friend, to know that each of our customers receives their full and correct employee benefit.
To be successful in your role, you will have two to four years administrative or customer service experience, preferably in the financial services sector or a payroll function. A can-do and respectful attitude with professional work ethic.
An ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Superior organisation skills and attention for detail. Good numerical and computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. Excellent workflow management skills. Great written and communication skills to deal directly with customers and channel partners.
