MSP Photography is a leading School Photography organisation providing exceptional school photography to Australian schools. Our continued success and growth has created a vacancy in our Brisbane southside (Moorooka) office for an experienced administration professional to start in January 2023.

You will be playing a vital part in the continued smooth running of this team with your role involving but not limited to customer and client relations – liaising with school staff, suppliers and customer enquiries. Accurate data entry, including the collection and processing of data.

The preparation and tracking of incoming orders, images and relevant paperwork to ensure timely delivery of services. Ongoing updates to databases as required. Preparation and tracking of paperwork and orders for school photo jobs.

Your previous experience in an administration role will demonstrate your ability to be systematic and organised, matched with exceptional customer service characteristics. Time management and prioritisation along with high attention to detail is essential to this role as you are key to the timely and accurate delivery of our services.

You will display good problem solving skills with the aptitude and ability to learn new systems and processes with ease and exceptional customer service characteristics. A high level of computer competency with a good understanding and experience in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential to the operational function of this role.

The successful applicant will be a hardworking an enthusiastic professional capable of meeting the following selection criteria significant administration experience, minimum 2 years office administration experience.

High level computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite of programs (particular emphasis on intermediate to advanced MS Outlook and Excel. Excellent time management and prioritisation along with high attention to detail. Confident skills for problem solving, time management and the ability to develop practical solutions.

Experience managing multiple projects and tasks in parallel. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including excellent phone manner. Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
