Where you'll be working Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region.

What you'll be doing the Recruitment Administrator provides timely, effective and innovative administrative support  to the recruitment officers, recruitment coordinators, team leader and operations manager throughout the end-to-end recruitment process at WSLHD.

This role will have a strong focus on building and retaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve district wide recruitment goals and strategies. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, email, video and telephone). Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and processes, whilst undertaking various administrative tasks and duties with high attention to details, confidentiality and discretion.

Ability to prioritise and organise work activities to achieve work outcomes within deadlines. Capacity to learn new systems and processes, such as eRecruitment systems and Human Resources Information Systems.

Demonstrated ability to work proactively both independently and within a team that services a wide and varied client base across WSLHD facility and services locations. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft packages such as outlook, excel and work processing applications, particularly in relation to accurate data entry and data management.
