We are looking for a Administration Officer to join our growing professional and friendly team Monday to Friday (full time hours) in Sydney CBD.

You will support our team in the implementation of recruitment process to ensure the employment and retention of high performing and professional team members. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for a consistent and excellent experience of the applicants and members and the first point of contact for recruitment & administration advice and support.

You will provide and end-to-end support and administration including developing position advertisements, processing selection reports and on-boarding.

To be successful in this role must be able to work independently and unsupervised. You are passionate and compassionate about people. You are always looking for opportunities to improve our Recruitment & Administration process. High level of verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational and workload prioritisation skills to respond to recruitment requests in a timely and efficient manner. Demonstrated ability to use initiative, to resolve problems and thrive in a dynamic team environment. Intermediate skills in Microsoft office suite of products.
