Scheduler or Office Administration Advantage Petroleum location Sydney.

Advantage Petroleum based in Western Sydney ( Berkshire Park) requires a Scheduler/Administration person to join the team.   This challenging and responsible role involves the following daily phone calls to customer to arrange deliveries. Monitoring fuel levels on tanks. Data entry. Scheduling jobs for the next day for 5-7 trucks. Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

This position is a pivotal role within the Company and requires a person with the following skills exceptional organizational skills. Can work in a team environment. Problem solving skills. Outstanding attention to detail.

Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and MYOB. Previous Scheduling knowledge.
