APS3 Passport Service Support Officer Randstad location Brisbane. $38 - $39 p.h.

We are proud to currently be partnering with a large Federal Government client in helping them recruit for multiple APS3 Passport Customer Service and Support Officers, commencing October.

Your new position as an APS3 Passport Customer Service and Support Officer, your duties include assist in the travel document production workflow, i.e.: High speed and accurate data entry, document preparation, scanning, personalisation, crop, document/photo exceptions re-work.

Prepare/sort evidence documents, attachments to travel document applications; prior to the issue of Australian travel documents, with guidance as required. Perform client service, notarial duties, personalisation support, custodian and telephone enquiries.

Undertake Quality Assurance checks of travel documents in including application forms prior to and post print of travel documents. Develop knowledge of the document legalization process and relevant international legal conventions to be able to make informed decisions in relation to the issue of Authentications and Apostilles on Australian public documents.

Issuing Authentications, Apostilles and Certificate of No Impediment in line with the Department's guidelines and international legal requirements. Responding to notarial enquiries from members of the public. Perform straightforward or routine passport client interviews, for Australian travel documents (as required) in Canberra or State and Territory Offices.

Your skills and experience to be considered for this role you would have skills & experience in the following strong data entry skills. High attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to analyse numerical and written information. Ability to do repetitive tasks on a daily basis. Reliable and adaptable to respond to changes in workloads and priorities. MUST be an Australian citizen to be eligible.

What you'll receive $38.05 per hour + 10.5% super. Contact until 30 June 2023 with potential for extension. Brisbane CBD location. No working from home. Option to work a 5 day or 4 day week, 38 hours. Supportive team culture.
