Antunes Lawyers is a well-established, full service prominent law firm that has been situated in North Sydney since 1996 conveniently in walking distance from North Sydney Station and bus services. We are looking to employ an Office Administration Assistant.

The role includes assisting with overflow reception duties. Opening files, closing and archiving. File management including photocopying, scanning & saving documents. Providing administration support to lawyers. Attending to out of office errands. Assisting the Practice Manager with administration & office related tasks.

About you the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years office experience in a similar role, have excellent attention to detail and most importantly a positive attitude.
