Administration Officer Hays location Melbourne. $38.00.
Your new company my client is a supportive agency located in Melbourne CBD who are committed to supporting the community. Your new role your role will be providing administrative support to your team.
You will be undertaking a variety of administrative support duties such as administration activities - creation and administration of files, photocopying, filing, data entry, meeting administration, records management (including archiving).
Preparing materials, lodging/filing documentation, conducting basic research activities, video conferencing and arranging interpreters and translators. Responding to enquiries and providing accurate advice in a timely manner. Adapting communication (both verbal and written) to suit the identified audience.
What you'll need to succeed strong focus on delivery in professional services environment. Strong attention to detail. Ability to respond flexibly and positively to work changes and shifting priorities. Good time management skills. Good collaboration skills - within team and internal and external stakeholders.
