Administrator Coordinator Presbyterian Support Northern location Auckland.

Shine is one of New Zealand’s leading providers of family harm support and prevention services.  Since 1990 Shine has helped thousands of adult and child victims become safe and stay safe, raised awareness and recognition of family harm, and delivered training programmes to help prevent and eliminate harm in the home.

The No Excuses Non-violence Programme is positive change programme for people who have perpetrated family. You will need to have excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office. Customer focused (internal and external) with an understanding of customer service principles.

Demonstrates initiative. Good working knowledge of confidentiality and privacy principles. Attention to detail and attractive presentation of work. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Comprehensive understanding of databases and the need for data accuracy. Effective management of workload and time prioritisation. Interest in the issue of family violence and empathy with victims of violence.

Key responsibilities update and maintain accurate client records on the database. Respond to No Excuses Non-Violence enquiries via phone, email, and face to face. Contact clients to schedule appointments and send appointment reminders to clients.

Manage the No Excuses team calendar. Provide information about participant’s involvement for referral agencies and Court hearings as required, e.g. absentees or sessions completed. Organise room bookings, catering, and prepare documentation for the facilitators.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly invoices and reports required by funders and stakeholders. Provide support for other Admin team members and Team Managers when required.
