About us imaging @ Olympic Park, part of the Capitol Health community, is Australia's premier musculoskeletal medical imaging practice. Located in the heart of Melbourne's sporting precinct, Imaging @ Olympic Park provides both medical and interventional medical imaging to both the sporting elite and general public.

We pride ourselves in knowing that our patients have access to the latest in medical imaging, modern facilities, and a team of leaders in their field. We work with referring practitioners to provide a personalised patient orientated service to achieve better patient outcomes.

About the role we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our fast-paced, close-knit clinic in a full time capacity. You will be joining a large reception team, as well as working closely with Radiologists, Radiographers and nursing staff.

There is an opportunity for different shifts each day, with early finishes and late starts, as our opening hours range from 6:30am to 10pm weekdays. The variety of shifts are distributed evenly across the reception team. Occasional weekend shifts are also a part of your roster.

This is a outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background.

You Will have strong customer service and patient focus skills. Eagerness to learn. Excellent time management and organisational skills. High level of attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded.
