Luke and Holly Priddis started the Luke Priddis Foundation in 2006 after their third child, Cooper, was diagnosed with Autism. The Foundation aims to improve the lives of individuals living on the Autism Spectrum.

The Luke Priddis Foundation Centre for Autism opened its doors in 2016 and currently provides paediatric Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology services, as well as facilitates social groups.

At the Luke Priddis Foundation Centre for Autism, we believe in providing and promoting understanding, as well as support for people with developmental differences. We aim to deliver a range of complimentary health, welfare, and therapeutic services within a safe, collaborative and respectful environment.

The LPF Centre for Autism is paving the way in client centred multidisciplinary therapies, providing support for individuals and their families delivered with compassion and purpose. We are excited to be expanding and looking for a new front desk receptionist.

About the role this is a permanent part time role – Monday – Friday 9-4pm (30 hours). Located in Penrith, close to public transport and free parking stations. Apart from "meeting and greeting" clients and visitors, some of your other duties will include answering incoming calls and taking detailed messages.

Monitoring the reception email and replying to inquiries. Client intake. Preparation and storing of client service agreements. Managing clinical appointments. Organising of group enrolments. Maintaining a clean and tidy front desk and wait room. Administration tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing. Receiving incoming deliveries. Ordering of office supplies.

About you you will have a bright and bubbly personality. Be a fast thinker and problem solver. Working closely with the allied health team, no two days ever look the same. The successful candidate will also show exceptional communication skills. Have previous experience in a similar work environment.

Be able to work independently with little direction but also be a team player. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. A pro-active and positive team attitude. Well-developed time management and organisational skills. Proficient skills in MS Office. Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain. Desirable previous experience and knowledge of the NDIS.
