Receptionist Administrator Hays location Sydney.

An established and prominent private school in the Upper North Shore has an opportunity for a Receptionist. Your new company you will be the first point of contact for the School, so it's important to leave all clients, stakeholders and students with a positive and lasting impression of the School.

Duties will include meeting, greeting and liaising with people over the telephone, so a high level of communication and customer service is essential. You will be impeccably presented and responsible for managing the switchboard, booking meeting rooms, diary management and general administration support to the admissions and leadership teams a required.

What you'll need to succeed you will have had previous experience working as a strong Receptionist/Administrator. It would be highly desired if you have worked in a School or Education setting but not essential.

A high level of Microsoft Office required including Word, Excel and outlook is essential. You would also be required to apply for the NSW Working with children check if successful.

This role is a 6-month fixed term full-time role, with possible extensions and opportunity to obtain an ongoing role. The salary is between $60-67k+super subject to skills and experience.
