Executive or Personal Assistant Good Monday location Auckland.
My client is the Managing Director of an established New Zealand boutique investment firm, with a busy personal life to match. We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support this accomplished individual as he balances personal and professional demands.
No day will be the same in this varied role! We are looking for an organisational superstar who understands the pressures of competing priorities, and is flexible to work across the following areas.
Assisting in an executive capacity with a variety of activities including inbox and diary management, client management, and IT and administrative support.
Supporting the Managing Director and his family with a range of personal assignments, travel coordination, administration of properties, support with the family home and other business interests
You will have the opportunity to build a strong working relationship with an impressive individual and his family, so respect and confidentiality is essential in this role. You are agile, adaptable, a strong communicator and have a confident sense of humour.
You have outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail, and love creating space and efficiency. Experience in the financial services sector would be a bonus. We offer a competitive remuneration package (including 5 week’s annual leave and a robust parental leave policy). This is a flexible, hybrid role with a lot of autonomy, working across 30 hours/week.
