This is an entry level position for someone wanting to kickstart their career in the recruitment industry. The role this role represents an excellent chance to gain and develop valuable experience and skills in office administration within a friendly, professional and highly varied working environment.

Your duties will cross over between those of a phone-based receptionist and office administrator. Key duties include providing a high level of customer service. Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner. Diary management and meeting co-ordination.

Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence. General office task including responsibility for kitchen duties. Providing administrative support to the team. If you enjoy learning new skills and have the drive to succeed – then we want to hear from you.

Previous administration/reception experience is an advantage, but not essential as continual support and training will be provided. To be successful in the role you will enjoy working both independently and within a small team environment.

Have strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional and friendly phone manner. Have a vibrant, personable and confident demeanour. Have the ability to multi-task and undertake a range of roles as they come to hand.

Have a willingness to undertake administrative work including repetitive tasks. Have strong organisational skills, exemplary attention to detail and accurate data entry. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
