Recovery Administrator ACC New Zealand location Auckland.

As a Recovery Administrator, you will provide administration support across a variety of functions: assessment and cover treatment support, delivery of client services, and customer documentation and information management.

This role is a perfect entry into ACC and will give you an understanding of the start of our processes. So, if you are wanting a career at ACC this role will be a springboard for you to move on into our more complex areas.

You will be joining a friendly, high energy team in a supportive environment with lots of opportunities to develop new skills and expertise. You will be part of a team of new recruits, supported through a three week structured induction with ongoing buddying and support.

What you need to be successful in this role tech savvy - you will be able to operate effectively in a digital environment with a wide range of technology systems and tools. A keen problem solver - you will be a forward thinker and look to be proactive in finding solutions when you face challenges. Experience working in an administration role would be advantageous, but not a deal-breaker. This role has a set start date of 26th September, 2022.
