Our role as part of our exciting growth we are now looking to welcome a Products Advisor. Working as part of a fun, friendly team, a key focus of your role will be holding customer relationships, so a passion for creating great customer experiences is a must. Day-to-day you will be accountable for delivering consistent services across a range of financial products, providing advisory and administrative support, and enabling effective product delivery. Working in a fast-paced environment you will engage with legal executives and others to ensure that the relevant eligibility requirements are met, whilst prioritising and assessing applications.
What you will bring this is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised individual with a passion for customer service to further develop their career in the financial products sector. Some of the key skills and attributes that will help you succeed in this role include knowledge in a customer services role within a large organisation. Experience in banking or financial services (beneficial). Strong mathematical literacy; great working with figures and financial info. An understanding of the home buying process. Self-managing and balance competing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Current full New Zealand drivers licence.
