Our role you'll be accountable for delivering consistent services across a range of financial products, providing advisory and admin support, and enabling effective product delivery. Working in a fast-paced environment you will engage with legal executives and others to ensure that eligibility requirements are met, while prioritising and assessing applications.

What you will bring this is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised individual with a passion for customer service to further develop their career in the financial products sector. Some of the key skills and attributes that will help you succeed in this role include previous experience in a customer centred role within a large organisation.

Experience in banking or financial services (beneficial but not essential). Strong mathematical mind; competent working with figures and financial info. An understanding of the home buying process. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A current full New Zealand drivers licence.
