Customer Service Administrator Shire Elite location Caringbah. $55,000 - $64,999.
Full time Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm (can be flexible). School Holiday hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. Located in Caringbah NSW.
Our cheerleading gym is seeking a Customer Service Administrator who is highly motivated, efficient and proactive with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. The Customer Service Administrator will become the face of the gym and will serve our athletes, families and prospective athletes in a professional yet friendly and approachable manner. The successful applicant will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties or in a customer service role.
Manage all enquiries via phone and email. Ability to work independently without supervision as well as collaboratively as required. High level of attention to detail and accuracy with proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and people, often under time pressure. Exceptional interpersonal capabilities and verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional computer literacy and experience. Manage confidential information in a trustworthy, sensitive and professional manner. Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise the needs of staff, athletes, families and management in a busy environment. Answering and managing inbound calls and emails in relation to your clients queries.

Qualifications & experience current working with children check. Ideally 2+ years administration, reception and/or customer service experience. Intermediate knowledge with Outlook & Google Drive Apps. Experience with a CRM preferred but not essential. Confident with new technology including social media apps, drivers licence.
Tasks & responsibilities answering phone and assisting with all enquiries. Email Inbox Management. Accounts Receivable (Creating invoices & Late payments). General customer support and building strong relationships. Maintaining and updating correct customer information in our database. Supporting event preparation (Performances etc). Stocktake and Ordering. Future expansion to Staff Management and rostering. Assisting with Receptionists as required. Support Marketing Team as required.
