Administration Support or Office Administration The Salvation Army NZ location Auckland.
The Salvation Army, Te Ope Whakaora, Bridge Programme for Alcohol and Other Drug treatment is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified full-time administrative position within our services based in Mt Eden. This is Monday to Friday 40 Hours per week, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.

The candidate must have the following essential skills high levels of computer literacy, highly competent use of systems and processes along with Microsoft Office. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues. Minimum of two years administrative experience. Experience in statistical and financial reporting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Pro-active and takes initiative.
The ideal candidate will have the following desired skills a degree or equivalent experience in one of the following: Secretarial studies, Business, Administration, Management. Experience interpreting financial accounts and reports from financial information systems. Knowledge of SA/Bridge services and structures. Knowledge of health care and addictions in NZ.
