Description as an Administration Assistant your responsibilities will be as follows highly organised and efficient, Work independently, Be able to work from a task list, Microsoft Teams well Microsoft Teams well, Excel spreadsheet – reading and basic formulas i.e addition or subtraction for calculations (immediate), Monitor Outlook calendar or  setup meetings or  follow ups, Experience with PowerPoint presentations, Chasing suppliers, Accounting system or expenses.

Profile to be successful in this application, you will have demonstrated experience administration. Knowledge and experience in a training related area. Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
