Property Administration Officer Cultivate location Auckland.
As the Property Administration Officer, you will be responsible for raising and processing purchase orders, along with loading invoices and payments. If you enjoy following a process and are a competent data entry operator looking to join a fun and supportive team, this may be the ideal role for you. The position also provides support to the Facilities Management team, which will give you a great insight into Property Management.
You know you’re right for this role if you’re comfortable picking up new systems and technology. Enjoy working as part of a team. Accurate and detail focussed. Able to multi-task and meet deadlines. A people’s person who is flexible and happy to help.
