Receptionist or Admin Support RPM International Tool & Die Ltd location Auckland.

We are looking for a self motivated Administrative Assistant with a can do attitude. Your role will include providing a first point of contact for our visitors (reception), support for our Administration Manager and being the go to person when help is needed.

Key responsibilities general Reception and administrative Duties. Support to Administration Manager.

Answering & screening telephone calls, liaising with clients. Data entry (Strong attention to detail is a MUST). Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables. Payroll Timecard entries & loading of new employees into system. Sending weekly hours to external payroll provider. Health & Safety.

You will need 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour. Experience in MYOB/Xero or other accounting packages would be to your advantage but not a requirement. Remuneration package will be negotiated in line with the successful applicants experience. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
