Proficiency In Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Publisher. We are seeking a bright and energetic Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly team.
Our ideal applicant will have experience working in a similar administration / reception role, as well as proven ability to use initiative, work proactively and strive for excellence in all areas of work. Experience with Palace software is a big plus but not essential. You will need to be a quick learner and a team player.
Key responsibilities include dealing with Landlords, tenants and "walk in" clients in a polite and professional manner. Answer phones, Assist Property Managers, where necessary, by taking and relaying messages. Process invoices/accounts, pay suppliers & landlords using Palace software. Monitor tenant payments and send 14 day letters to any tenants in arrears. Draft professional letters. Write receipts for trust accounts and collect and organise daily mail. For the right candidate we are happy to be flexible with working hours - part-time or full-time.
