Site Support Specialist NZ Post location Auckland.

Our Auckland Operations Centre (AOC) based in Highbrook has a brand-new vacancy for an administration extraordinaire. This role provides general administration and support services to the leadership team based at the site. The role will be varied and provide great insight into how our business works while also contributing to its successful operation. If you have a bit of administration experience under your belt, and you're looking for a foot into the door to our awesome organisation, then this could be it.

This role is critical for providing our Site Leadership Team with hands on support, assisting in ensuring the site remains a safe environment for our people to work in. This role will also see you working on the following general administration support including setting up meetings, conference rooms, organising visitors, assisting with H&S induction.

Setting up and monitoring training for new starters, managing their training requirements (e.g. forklift, jiffy training where required). Peak Planning support. Ordering stock, stationery and PPE gear. Administering purchase orders, invoices and processes. This is a hands-on role with lots of people to engage and build connections with, so will require a candidate who can demonstrate excellent relationship building skills and effective organisational skills.

Ideally, you'll have some work experience involving good organisation and planning experience, the ability to work well under pressure, good computer literacy skills - ideally with excel and invoicing - and great communication skills. You'll have a customer focussed attitude, a motivated work ethic and a connection to our NZ Post values, with emphasis on being a team player. A clean full driver's license is also required as travel between our sites may be required.
