Fantastic, 3-month full-time contract to showcase your administrative skills. Join and support a team within a well-established government department. On-site working based in Concord, NSW (5 days per week).

About Our client fantastic opportunity to join a well-established government department located in Concord NSW and provide administrative and reception style support to the team. Our client is looking for a motivated administration officer to respond to both client, supplier, and customer needs, whilst supporting team objectives.

Your New role as Administration Officer, you will have the opportunity to fulfil a range of administrative support activities such as: preparing documents, briefings, reports and drafting correspondence. Schedule meetings and manage meeting minutes, action items and follow-up requests as required. Support the key objectives of the team by improving processes, maintaining relevant data or information on systems, and managing records accurately.

To be successful in this position you should attention to detail, with great verbal and written communication skills. Experience providing receptionist or administrative support is ideal. Experience within NSW Health or similar medical setting is advantageous. Work collaboratively with team members and have a view to sharing knowledge. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and multitask. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
