Tasks corporate Structures (drafting, creating and updating). Preparing and sending ethical letters and ethical clearance letters. General letter preparation. Setting up new clients in the systems. Incoming mail - scan and prepare outgoing emails. Scanning of documents. Collating ATO Portal downloads and ASIC extracts. Prepare Business Name Applications.

Attend to establishment of new entities and apply for SRO stamping of deeds. Database management, Meet & greet clients, Set up meeting rooms, Preparation & lodgement of ASIC forms and corporate secretarial documents. General Office duties outgoing mail, Coffee machine, Reception relief.

Selection criteria interest in business activities and pursuing an administrative career. Excellent written & verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate with clarity and fluency. Excellent work ethic, organisation, attention to detail and motivation. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Strong dedication to team work, a willingness to work hard, learn and develop new skills using the latest technology. An excellent phone manner. A willingness to learn. Skills high level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Xero (beneficial). Knowledge of CAS360 (beneficial).

Remuneration and benefits the Administrative Assistant is a support position, reporting directly to the Administration Manager and Senior Account Managers.  As such it will command a salary package of approximately $55-60K plus Superannuation – however market rate and candidate attraction/availability will also determine this.
