About the position as the Administration Officer you will be responsible for providing professional administrative support within the school. This is a varied and interesting role which reports to the Administration Manager. Additionally you will provide back up support to the School Nurse during breaks and peak times. Due to the nature of this role you will be required to work during school terms, staff development weeks and one week of each school holiday break. Your hours will be 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
About you we are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and collaborative candidate who is a committed Christian, actively involved in their local church.
Along with a current Working with Children Check, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, parents and other members of the wider community. Willingness and flexibility to assist in all areas.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight timeframes.
High level of attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Strong ICT skills across a range of platforms (training will be provided). Certificate in Business Administration or similar is desirable. Current First Aid qualification is desirable.
