Our client requires a Student Support Officer to join their team immediately to be based onsite in their Kogarah office for a short contract period of 4 weeks. You will be required to work 35 hours per week. Within this role, your primary duties will include providing quality frontline customer service, perform accurate and timely processing of all administration functions, complete records management, undertake accurate and timely entry of all data and coordinate the maintenance of all networked office related equipment. What you will need Immediate availability the ability to resolve complex issues without the presence of a manager on site always, fantastic customer service and communication skills, a high ability to effectively time manage and you will also need a current working with children’s check. In short, the ideal candidate must be able to self-organise and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
