Description
Fraud Management (1 year) pay up to $2100 per month, requirements diploma with admin customer service experience. Duties calling customers for authentication and highlighting charge, providing accurate product information to customers during verification, liaising and negotiating with internal departments, interviewing customers for fraud investigation purposes, doing simple reporting and taking of statistic.
