The Role - Stafford Heights Hospital the receptionist is the first point of contact for all client enquiries to the hospital and is required to provide high quality customer service and communication skills, to ensure the front of house runs smoothly and efficiently.

About you experience as a receptionist preferably in a health related field. Demonstrated ability to interact with clients. Ability to maintain accurate data in a Client Relationship Management system. Exceptional telephone manners. Demonstrated ability to prioritise. A friendly, easy going nature and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria (not mandatory) work experience in a veterinary practice an advantage. Animal handling experience. Knowledge of Cornerstone. Pay will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
