We are a well-established, award winning boutique agency located in Erskineville. We are looking to employ a property manager who has the passion & desire to excel in this role.

We are looking for a polished, professional individual who possess the following skills & experience: excellent organisational, time management skills & attention to detail. 2 years + real estate experience. Real estate certificate of registration or licence required. Strong communication skills, both written & verbal. Experience using rest, filesmart & outlook required (on phone & computer). Team player & someone that is satisfied helping others achieve their best. Drivers licence & car required.

Your main responsibilities will include final inspections, Repairs, Arrears, Client communication, Arranging & attending inspections.
