Job tasks and responsibilities following a daily schedule of real estate duties including conducting Routine Inspections for our Portfolio. Assisting with maintenance requests from tenants. Managing email and telephone property enquiry. Arranging and conducting property inspections. Conducting open homes throughout mid-week & Saturday.

You must have a burning desire to ethically and morally do what it takes to be the best. Have the ability to take direction and train constantly on your selling skills. Look sharp, have confidence, be presentable, professional at every moment. Have skills with Excel, Word and basic computer typing skills. Reach and over achieve daily, weekly and quarterly KPI's. Knowledge of the best real estate sales skills and methods. Have inner strength to know that you will succeed at any cost. No previous real estate experience necessary.
