About the role as a Personal Assistant, you will provide support to the COO. You will be an experienced office all-rounder and will play a role in helping the COO make best use of their time with administrative & secretarial tasks.

As a brilliant multi-talker and integral member of the team you will be responsible for act as a point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. Organising social events, lunches and activities. Reminder of important tasks and deadlines.

Providing back up support for colleagues where applicable. Supporting and encouraging other team members by actively displaying positive team and organisational behaviour. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained including maintaining and ordering office supplies. Project coordination & research. Manage office community/social events. Supporting day-to-day operational activities. Proactively identify where additional professional support is needed.

About you will be experience working in a similar role 12 months + with a positive and team player attitude. You will also have a Reliable and enthusiastic with proven ability to work in a team environment. High level grammar, written, verbal and communication skills. Commitment to record keeping in all aspects of assigned work. Demonstrated experience in applying administrative and general office principles and processes, being pro-active and working with minimal supervision.

Well honed initiative and ability to contribute to a positive team environment. Be able to prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently, manage workloads and multitask. Have a natural ability to respect information and confidentiality regarding business and private matters. Be proactive as well as a driven high performer. Be self-motivated and results orientated. Drivers licence & own vehicle required.
