Secretary Baron and Associates location Sydney.
We have an exciting opportunity for an legal assistant/secretary to join our small boutique law firm located in the Sydney CBD.
The role we are looking for a permanent fixture to our team. This is NOT a role suitable for a law graduate or qualified solicitor. You will be providing support to 2-3 lawyers in the day to day running of their matters.
Qualifications and experience it is essential that the candidate have at least 1+ years working in a legal office, developed written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and desire to grow within the role, be confident in managing a high volume of work with excellent attention to detail and be able to take instructions and work in a fast paced environment.
Tasks & responsibilities assisting the managing of client files. Typing and filing of emails, documents and letters. Answering phone calls and diary management. Electronic court filing, General administration.
