Guest Services Officer HOBAN Recruitment location Brisbane.

About the role as a Guest Services Officer you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests as they arrive at the airport. Assisting guests checking-in using both the self-service check-in kiosks and the desk check in systems. Providing assistance to guest with special needs. Ensuring all safety processes & procedures are followed at all times. Assisting guests with baggage processing. Strong conflict resolution with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

About you to be considered for this role we are looking for exceptional customer service focused. Must have drivers licence and car. Provide genuine empathy whilst positively engaging with guests. Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time. Display and maintain exceptional grooming standards as you are the first point of contact for the guests. Experience in travel, hospitality & customer focussed roles are highly regarded. Flexibility with rotating rosters - must be available 7 days a week, shift times can vary between 3am during day light savings until 10pm.

Please take note of the below important information successful candidates need to be available to commence at Brisbane Domestic Airport in mid July. Candidates must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Successful candidates must be eligible for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), this includes an Australian Federal Police Check. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a full medical clearance including drug & alcohol screening, at the start of July 2021.
