With the new, purpose-built art museum almost finished, SAM has a new and exciting opportunity for Casuals – Visitor Services. The Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) is located in North Central Victoria. Established in 1936, the SAM Collection is recognised and celebrated as one of regional Australia’s most significant collections of Australian ceramics, alongside a growing collection of historic and contemporary paintings, prints and works on paper.

The Museum is also highly regarded for its collection of Aboriginal art. SAM is known for a dynamic program of exhibitions that are designed to be locally relevant and engage with global contemporary ideas. Reporting to SAM’s Front of House Coordinator, the SAM Casuals – visitor services are responsible for assisting the Coordinator in SAM’s Front of House, Shop and visitor services daily tasks.
