Newly set-up cafe serving modern breakfast and speciality coffee located just 1 min away from Farrer Park Station.
Responsibilities prepare food item in compliant with menu recipe and standards. Prepare and cook dishes in the menu according to restaurant's standards of quality, recipe, consistency and timelines. Run kitchen operation. Maintain optimal kitchen and store cleanliness, kitchen safety and food hygiene.
Requirements basic culinary skills. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work on a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays. Food hygiene certificate preferred. Training will commence in mid-May and soft opening will be estimated June 2021.
