Warehouse Line Leader, $1,000-$1,400 + Allowance + OT, 5 days, Mon-Fri: 7.30am–5.30pm, Working location Gul Circle.

Job descriptions responsible for leading warehouse and local store operators. Responsible for stuffing and unstuffing operations. Responsible for ensuring warehouse and local store smooth operation. Responsible of Local store and warehouse inventory accuracy. Responsible for ensuring local store timely delivery of product requirements for local sales team.

Responsible for receiving, checking, issuance and storage of all incoming materials and ensure material accuracy. Responsible for proper handling and verification of return materials from production to ensure the quantities are updated accurately. Ensure proper storage of materials according to storage requirements. Ensure stuffing and unstuffing requirement are met according to company requirements.

Ensure all records and information that are furnish to the warehouse administrator are timely and accurate. Coordinate with Import and Export departments for Incoming and Outgoing goods. Perform cycle counting related activities. Ensure materials receive from warehouse are in order before running the production. Ensure all raw materials and quantities loaded into the blending machine are in strict accordance to the formulation recipe.

Maintain good housekeeping, identify and highlight potential danger for workplace safety improvement. Strictly observe company’s safety regulation and procedures. Exercise maximum care and good judgment in preventing accidents and fire. Interface with other departments within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job requirements minimum 1-year relevant experience in warehouse preferably. A Team Player with good interpersonal skills. Able to multi task and work under pressure. Able to work under hot and humid environment.
