About the Role will see you working cohesively within a well-run, pod structure. Your duties will include, but not be limited to ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections. Landlord and tenant liaising. Rent increases, renewals and arrears. Repairs and maintenance handling. Preparing and lodging claims with CTTT, no leasing, no accounts.

About you minimum 1 year of experience in a residential Property Management role. Be proactive, friendly and dedicated. Great presentation and well-groomed. Excellent written and verbal communication. Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence and a valid NSW Driver's Licence.
