Job responsibilities preparing & making all bakery items for outlet orders. Create recipe and SOP, R&D. Lead a team of bakers to prepare cake/desserts. Meet the quality requirements, ensure product quality is consistent. Ensure proper storage of all items in refrigerators and freezers. Ensure product freshness and food safety. Assist and support production head/factory manager. Expected salary $4000 and above.
