Receptionist Sports Lab location Auckland. Salary $20 - $24 per hour.

Sports Lab is excited to be on the lookout for a new member for our administrative team. You will be the first person to greet clients on the phone or as they arrive for appointments. We have a wide range of clients and you will have the chance to build great rapport with many of them.

We work closely with our clients and heavily value personal interaction as we feel this creates better results and a great vibe within the clinic. Your role, as receptionist, is instrumental to building this as you will be dealing with much of the non-clinical organisation for each client. The role is however varied and has great options to grow. We are searching for someone who is interested in developing a career with the company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the day to day running of the company.

The key skills that we are looking for are the ability to multi-task, combined with strong computing skills. Initiative and the ability to work autonomously, whilst still able to receive direction and feedback. Friendly and welcoming personality.

This job is initially a fixed term contract for 3 months up to 15 hours per week with view to move to a permanent part-time role. Our preference is to have the successful applicant starting work shortly however we are willing to wait for the right person. Hours and shifts are negotiable although will require either mornings or afternoon/evening shifts. Sports Lab is open between 7am to 9pm and our team of reception staff cover this time.
