RecruitFirst is hiring you will be outsourced or deployed to various location. Pay $1700/month. Duration Min. 3 Months (extendable). Working hours 5 days/week | Office hours. Responsibilities Answer customer, phone/ email requests regarding their delivery status, reschedule, damaged, missing items Liaise with logistics vendors based on customers requests, manage general feedback, bilingual with fluency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking customers. Requirements Singaporean Only. Min O Level Cert/Diploma. Able to speak eloquently and confidently. Confident in handling customer queries and requests.
