Harbourfront, 5 days per week including both weekends, 3 months (extendable), $1700 per month. Working hours 5 days per week from Mon to Syn, 7am-3.30pm/2.30pm-11pm

Job responsibilities answer incoming calls. Assist to book vaccination appointments. Management and resolve queries. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors. Provide information to callers. Route calls to appropriate resources.
